Dr Wasan Maghazaji dedicated and compassionate GP who enjoys all aspects of General Practice. She finds it rewarding working in partnership with her patients to optimise their wellbeing and achieve their health goals.
She graduated from medical school in Baghdad in 1987 and completed a Masters of Physiology in 1992. Dr Maghazaji worked in Yemen and completed the AMC in 2005. She also worked interstate and at various rural posts before settling in Adelaide.
Dr Wasan has a sincere and direct approach, offering individualised care for every patient. She has extensive knowledge of the health system and is committed to assisting patients to navigate their way through it. She is an excellent advocate for women’s general and mental health issues.
Dr Wasan is a recognised antenatal shared care provider.
